Advent prize draw terms
Free prize draws on doors 6, 12 and 18 of the WALLED IN advent calendar.
- Promoter. The promoter is Loomwork-AI Ltd trading as WALLED IN, [registered address], [company number]. Contact: [contact email].
- No purchase necessary. Each draw is free to enter. Buying anything does not improve your chance of winning.
- Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the draw.
- How to enter. Either (a) be signed up to the WALLED IN email list through the advent calendar at walledin.co.uk/advent.html, with your subscription confirmed, before the draw closes; or (b) free alternative entry: email [contact email] with the subject “Advent draw [door number]”, your name and a UK contact address before the draw closes. One entry per person per draw. Entries made by bulk, automated or third-party means are void.
- Opening and closing dates. Door 6 draw: opens 00:00 on 6 December 2026, closes 23:59 on [date]. Door 12 draw: opens 00:00 on 12 December 2026, closes 23:59 on [date]. Door 18 draw: opens 00:00 on 18 December 2026, closes 23:59 on [date]. All times UK time. Entries received after a draw closes go into no draw.
- Prizes. Door 6: [prize]. Door 12: [prize]. Door 18: [prize]. One prize per draw. Prizes are as stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable. If a prize becomes unavailable the promoter may substitute one of equal or greater value.
- How the winner is chosen. Within [3] working days of a draw closing, one winner is drawn at random from all valid entries by [method, e.g. a random number generator], supervised by a person independent of [name/role].
- How the winner is told. The winner is emailed within [3] working days of the draw and must reply within [14] days with a UK delivery address, or another winner is drawn. The promoter will deliver the prize within [30] days of that reply.
- Winners’ details. On request to [contact email], the promoter will give the winner’s surname and county, unless the winner objects, as the CAP Code requires.
- Your data. Entry details are used to run the draw and, if you signed up to the list, to send you WALLED IN emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. See the privacy policy.
- General. The promoter may cancel or change a draw if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
